Training

LINC as the only NGO in the Republic working directly with women who identify as lesbian and bisexual has almost a 20 year history of providing supports and services to members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community. As part of these services LINC provides an LGBTI+ Awareness Programme to Health Professionals, social workers, community organisations, colleges, schools etc.

• Demonstrate an increased awareness of the issues and challenges that LGBTI+ people face

• Be confident in engaging and supporting LGBTI+ people
